The Ministry explicitly clarified that it has never issued policies including: - Implementation of "offshore wallets" or "HSBC HOLDINGS Hong Kong" for Greater Bay Area subsidy distributions. - Financial subsidies to "enhance regional financial cooperation in the Greater Bay Area." - Issuance of "Greater Bay Area financial bonds."
