Fire Rock Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 10 August 2026 to review and approve the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of a potential dividend declaration for the period under review.

The notice, dated 27 July 2026, was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Yan. Fire Rock’s board currently comprises four executive directors—Zhang Yan, Gao Bo, Victor Koa Jun Wei and Wong Yan—and three independent non-executive directors—Chow Woon San Shirley, Tam Chik Ngai Ambrose and Chiang Wing Yan.

The forthcoming interim announcement will provide stakeholders with the Group’s financial performance metrics for 1H 2026 and clarify any dividend distributions.
