Hung Hing Printing Group Limited released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and committee memberships on 27 May 2026. The Board now comprises nine members: two Executive Directors, four Non-Executive Directors (including one alternate), and three Independent Non-Executive Directors.

Executive leadership remains with Executive Chairman Mr. Yum Chak Ming, Matthew, joined by fellow Executive Director Mr. Yum Christopher Carson. Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Hirofumi Hori, Mr. Hitoshi Shibasaki, Ms. Aki Tsuge and Mr. Yam Hon Ming, Tommy, with Mr. Yum Nicholas Kevin serving as his alternate. Independent oversight is provided by Mr. Luk Koon Hoo, Mr. Tan Chuen Yan, Paul, and Mr. Lee Danny Lap.

Committee appointments were also confirmed:

• Audit Committee – Chaired by Mr. Luk Koon Hoo, with members Mr. Hirofumi Hori, Mr. Tan Chuen Yan, Paul, and Mr. Lee Danny Lap. • Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Mr. Lee Danny Lap, supported by Mr. Hirofumi Hori, Mr. Luk Koon Hoo, and Mr. Tan Chuen Yan, Paul. • Nomination Committee – Chaired by Mr. Tan Chuen Yan, Paul, with membership comprising Mr. Hirofumi Hori, Mr. Luk Koon Hoo, Mr. Lee Danny Lap, Executive Chairman Mr. Yum Chak Ming, Matthew, and Ms. Aki Tsuge.
