Xunfei Healthcare has published its second Environmental, Social and Governance report, outlining the company’s 2025 progress in governance, sustainability and inclusive healthcare.
Governance and compliance • The board convened four meetings during the year, achieving a 100 % attendance rate across 28 director-attendances. • Seven information-security training sessions were delivered to 614 participants, giving 100 % coverage for key positions. • The company reported no corruption cases and maintained 100 % closure of 141 customer complaints, while customer satisfaction stood at 92.47 %.
Environmental performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions reached 1,166.56 tCO₂e (Scope 1: 8.84 t; Scope 2: 1,157.72 t). • Electricity consumption was 1.77 million kWh, or 19.31 kWh per RMB 10,000 of revenue. • Water use totalled 7,325 tonnes, with an intensity of 0.08 tonne per RMB 10,000 of revenue. • Office waste management included 1,736 used batteries, 86 toner cartridges and 416 units of discarded electronic equipment.
Workforce development • Headcount totalled 1,057, with women representing 31 % of staff. • The company delivered 84 training sessions (13,156 total hours); 90.26 % of employees received training, averaging 12.45 hours each. • Occupational health checks covered 100 % of employees, with no work-related fatalities or injuries reported.
Innovation and intellectual property • R&D personnel numbered 393. • Authorised patents totalled 133; software copyrights rose to 444. • Xunfei Healthcare participated in 42 research projects (21 at national level) and led or co-led 26 industry and group standards. • Investment in medical large-language-model technologies produced the Spark Medical Model X2, which cut medical hallucination rates to below 2.9 %.
Service expansion and social impact • AI solutions now cover 806 districts and counties, supporting more than 77,000 primary-healthcare institutions. • Over 450 million electronic medical records have been standardised, and Xunfei Xiaoyi has delivered more than 180 million AI-enabled health consultations. • The company’s imaging cloud platform has provided filmless diagnostics to 105.86 million patients and supported 21.21 million physicians to date.
Supply-chain oversight • Active suppliers numbered 468, spread across 26 mainland provinces and Hong Kong; nine suppliers were removed for non-compliant practices. • Integrity clauses are mandatory in all contracts, and green-procurement criteria are applied throughout supplier onboarding and evaluation.
The report, approved by the board on 27 March 2026, underscores Xunfei Healthcare’s aim to integrate AI innovation with responsible governance and environmental stewardship while expanding access to smart healthcare services across China.
