QINGDAO PORT (06198) announced that the board of directors approved the nomination of the following individuals as non-employee representative director candidates for the company's fifth board of directors on September 29, 2025: Mr. Su Jianguang and Mr. Zhang Baohua have been nominated as executive director candidates; Mr. Li Wucheng, Ms. Wu Yu, and Mr. Cui Liang have been nominated as non-executive director candidates; and Mr. Zou Guoqiang, Ms. Li Xiaohui, and Mr. Jiang Shenglu have been nominated as independent non-executive director candidates.
