Ms. Lau Bong Nei has resigned from her position as company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative for accepting legal documents and notices under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), also effective from November 28, 2025.
