Southern Manganese (01091) has issued an announcement indicating that a portion of the manganese ore operations at its Tiandeng Branch are currently suspended, leading to significant losses. This suspension is a direct result of the branch not yet having obtained a valid mining license, which remains under application. The Board of Directors hereby provides a further update to the Company's shareholders and potential investors. Based on a preliminary assessment of the Tiandeng Branch's unaudited management accounts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (FY2025), the branch is expected to record an annual loss in the range of approximately HK$68 million to HK$72 million.
