Xiaocaiyuan completes HK$1.34 million on-market buyback; treasury share pool rises to 2.53 million

Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 185,600 ordinary shares on 2 June 2026 through on-market transactions at prices between HK$7.21 and HK$7.27, paying an aggregate HK$1.34 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) fell 0.02% to 1.17 billion. • Treasury shares increased to 2.53 million, equivalent to 0.22% of outstanding shares at mandate date. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.18 billion shares.

The repurchases form part of a mandate approved on 20 April 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 117.65 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 2.53 million shares, utilising roughly 0.21% of the approved limit.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Xiaocaiyuan is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any shares from treasury until 2 July 2026. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.
