United Hampshire US Real Estate Investment Trust announced that all resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were duly passed by poll.
Unitholders adopted the FY2025 audited financial statements with 99.41 % of the votes in favour. Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as auditor until the next AGM after securing 99.26 % approval.
The meeting also empowered the manager to issue new units and convertible instruments, with the mandate capped at 50 % of existing units (20 % on a non-pro-rata basis); the resolution received 98.99 % support.
In addition, a unit buy-back mandate for up to 10 % of issued units was authorised, attracting 97.97 % of votes for the motion.
The AGM concluded at 11:36 a.m. after the board addressed questions on portfolio performance, interest-rate outlook and acquisition strategy.
