Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (FORTIOR) has updated its final-dividend announcement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, confirming a cash distribution of RMB 0.78 per share, equivalent to HKD 0.89 based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1446.

Shareholders must be registered on or before 16:30 on 4 June 2026, with the stock trading ex-dividend on 3 June 2026. The dividend will be paid on 31 July 2026. Tricor Investor Services Limited will handle share-registration matters at its Hong Kong office.

Withholding-tax rates on the dividend are set at: • 10% for non-resident individual shareholders whose jurisdictions have tax treaties with the PRC; • 20% for non-resident individuals in jurisdictions without such treaties; • 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders; • 20% for mainland individual investors and securities investment funds accessing H-shares via the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect mechanisms.

The board currently comprises Chairman and Executive Director Bi Lei, Executive Director Dr. Bi Chao, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Lin Mingyao, Dr. Niu Shuangxia and Chen Jingyang.
