TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) reported that it bought back 150,000 of its own shares on May, 13 2026.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between MYR1.270 and MYR1.280, for a total consideration of approximately MYR0.19 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares.

Following the transaction, TSH Resources Berhad holds 31,677,900 treasury shares, representing about 2.47% of its 1,281,802,509 issued shares. No shares from this buy-back have been cancelled.
