PAK FAH YEOW (00239) announced its 2025 financial results, with revenue of approximately HK$214 million, representing a decrease of 9.7% year-on-year. Net profit rose by 16.2% to HK$91.346 million, with earnings per share at 29.3 HK cents. A final dividend of 3.8 HK cents per share and a special final dividend of 7.2 HK cents per share were declared. The company attributed the decline in revenue to weaker performance in the healthcare segment, particularly in China, where local market demand continued to normalize in the post-pandemic period. The improvement in profitability was mainly due to a significant reduction in unrealized fair value losses on investment properties compared to the substantial losses recorded in 2024.
