According to the "2025 January-November Tianjin Real Estate Enterprise Sales Performance TOP10" report released by the China Index Academy, TEDA Construction, Gemdale Group, and SINO-OCEAN GP ranked among the top three in terms of sales area.

Public records show that SINO-OCEAN GP entered the Tianjin market in 2004 and has consistently ranked among the top 10 real estate companies in Tianjin for 16 consecutive years since 2009, maintaining a strong market presence. In 2025, multiple projects by SINO-OCEAN GP continued to lead, with Future City and Boyu Hai securing spots in Tianjin’s top 10 sales rankings for January-November. Additionally, SINO-OCEAN GP’s operations in Tianjin span various sectors, including residential development, office buildings, commercial complexes, and elderly care services.

In December this year, the "Renewal & Future—9th Tianjin Business Awards," guided by the Tianjin Commerce Bureau and hosted by Tianjin Jinyun New Media Group, concluded successfully. Two major shopping centers—Tianjin SINO-OCEAN Ledi Harbor and Tianjin Eco-City SINO-OCEAN Future Plaza—were honored as "Business Excellence Projects of 2025."
