Prudential plc announced that it cancelled 369,933 ordinary shares on Jun, 05 2026 after buying them back on Jun, 03 2026.

The company also repurchased a further 406,102 shares on Jun, 05 2026 through the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from GBP 9.496 to GBP 9.848 per share. These shares are pending cancellation.

Following the completed cancellation, Prudential’s issued share capital stands at 2,517,852,136 ordinary shares. The firm is authorised to buy back up to 262,668,701 shares under its current mandate, of which 95,128,326 have been repurchased to date.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until Jul, 05 2026.
