JPMorgan Chase & Co. sold 258,000 shares of FLAT GLASS (06865) (H shares) at an average of HKD 7.4148 per share on August 11, 2026, involving about HKD 1.91 million.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in FLAT GLASS was 79.74 million shares, representing 18.05%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 79.49 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 17.99%.
