On August 26, 2026, Ruiyun Wang sold 1.25 million shares of QINGDA ORIENTAL (08115) at an average of HKD 5.0 per share, involving about HKD 6.24 million.

Prior to the disposal, Ruiyun Wang's long position in QINGDA ORIENTAL was 5.08 million shares, representing 6.08%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 3.84 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.59%.
