HG Metal Manufacturing Limited announced that it has obtained a consent letter from Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) on Sep, 09 2026, approving the assignment of the lease for the property at 47 Tuas View Circuit, Singapore.

The approval requires both the vendor and the purchaser to meet all stipulated conditions by the assignment completion date, which must occur within six months from the consent letter’s date unless JTC grants an extension.
