WMCH Global Investment Limited (Stock Code: 8208) has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Conference hall, Quentin International Art Exchange Centre, 110 Shungeng Road, Shizhong District, Jinan, Shandong, PRC.

The meeting agenda includes a special resolution to change the English name of the company from “WMCH Global Investment Limited” to “Radiance Global Group Holdings Limited” and to adopt the dual foreign name in Chinese “永通萬國集團控股有限公司.” The proposed new name is subject to approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands, effective from the date of issue of the certificate of incorporation on change of name.

Shareholders intending to vote at the EGM must lodge proxy forms no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting. The register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 24 February 2026 to Friday, 27 February 2026 (both dates inclusive), with the record date set on 27 February 2026.
