Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. (UCTT) saw its stock price surge 5.44% in after-hours trading on Tuesday, following the release of its first-quarter financial results and second-quarter outlook.
The semiconductor subsystems supplier reported Q1 2026 adjusted earnings of $0.31 per share, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter reached $533.7 million, also beating expectations of $525.3 million.
Furthermore, the company issued strong guidance for the current quarter, forecasting Q2 revenue between $565 million and $605 million, well above the consensus estimate of $553.7 million. It also expects adjusted earnings per share of $0.44 to $0.60, significantly higher than the $0.36 analysts had anticipated. The CEO cited strong customer demand and accelerating technology roadmaps driven by AI expansion as key growth drivers.
