IHH Healthcare Berhad said substantial shareholder Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) altered its direct holdings on Feb, 25 2026.

EPF disposed of 1,903,200 ordinary shares and acquired 67,000, leading to a net decrease of 1,836,200 shares. Following the transactions, EPF owns 1,130,303,600 ordinary shares, or 12.792 % of the company’s issued equity.

The notice of change was received by the company on Mar, 2 2026.
