On January 29, 2026, the company, acting as the buyer, entered into Purchase Agreement II with the supplier (Shandong Hydrogen Alcohol Ecology Co., Ltd.) and the lessee (Shandong Kangwo Holding Co., Ltd.). Under this agreement, the company will purchase Lease Asset III from the supplier for a purchase consideration of RMB 28.35 million.

Concurrently, the company, acting as the lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement III with the lessee. This agreement stipulates, among other terms, that the company will lease Lease Asset III to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months, with total lease payments amounting to approximately RMB 26.78 million.

Lease Asset III refers to a methanol power generator set.
