Kelfred Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1134) announced the termination of negotiations concerning a potential disposal on 29 November 2025. The potential purchaser decided not to proceed with the possible disposal, and no formal agreement was reached.

As a result, the possible mandatory unconditional general offer for all issued shares will not take place. The offer period ended on 1 December 2025. Kelfred also indicated that relevant discussions with certain minority shareholders concluded without any formal agreements.
