RIMBACO (01953) has announced that following shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting, the company’s English name has been officially changed from “Rimbaco Group Global Limited” to “SFQ Global Limited”.

This change, along with the adoption of the dual foreign name “赛孚迅国际有限公司” in Chinese, took effect on August 6, 2026, as confirmed by the Certificate of Change of Name issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

The Hong Kong Companies Registry subsequently issued a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Non-Hong Kong Company on August 27, 2026, confirming the registration of the new English name and the new Chinese dual foreign name—namely “SFQ Global Limited” and “赛孚迅国际有限公司”—under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong.

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on September 7, 2026, the company’s stock short name on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be changed from “RIMBACO” to “SFQ GLOBAL”, with “赛孚迅国际” adopted as the new Chinese stock short name. The company’s stock code on the exchange remains unchanged at “1953”.
