CHINA XLX FERT (ASX: 01866) has announced a change to its board composition. Following the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting, Mr. Wong Wai Yan has stepped down from his role as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Concurrently, he has ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, and has relinquished his position as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Effective from June 23, 2026, Mr. Chan Wai Yin has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He will also take up roles as a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee, and will serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
