The overall coordinator has confirmed that no shares were over-allotted in the international offering.

Consequently, the over-allotment option was not exercised and has lapsed as of Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The company has been notified by the stabilization price operator that no price stabilization actions were taken by the operator or any of its representatives during the stabilization period.

Following the conclusion of the stabilization period, the company has complied and will continue to comply with the public float requirements under Listing Rule 8.08.
