GSH Corporation Limited announced that director Wendell Wong Hin Pkin will retire at the conclusion of its annual general meeting scheduled for Apr, 24 2026.

Wong, who is stepping down voluntarily to facilitate board renewal, will also relinquish his roles as independent director, chairman of the nominating committee and member of the remuneration committee.

The board expressed its appreciation for Wong’s contributions and said it is reviewing the composition of the board and its committees, with further changes to be announced in due course.
