FEG HOLDING-NEW (01413) announced that Wong Shing Kwan has been appointed as an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board, effective January 5, 2026.

Following the appointment of Mr. Wong Shing Kwan as Co-Chairman, Mr. Yeung Chun Wai will step down from his role as Co-Chairman, also effective January 5, 2026.

Mr. Yeung will continue to serve as an Executive Director and as a member of the Board's Nomination Committee.

The Board also announced that Mr. Wong Kwok Hon has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Board, effective from January 5, 2026.
