The European Commission stated on Friday that SAP SE, Europe's largest software manufacturer, has proposed concessions in an effort to settle an EU antitrust investigation against it.

As Reuters reported earlier this month, SAP's proposed remedies aim to address concerns raised by the EU, including making it easier for customers to switch to competitors and increasing transparency in its pricing structure.

The European Commission noted that it is currently inviting feedback from relevant stakeholders.
