Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust’s manager, MPACT Management Ltd., announced on Jul, 17 2026 that the trust and its subsidiaries have entered into a 150 million Singapore dollars omnibus facility, guaranteed by DBS Trustee Limited acting as trustee of the trust.

The agreement stipulates mandatory prepayment if: (a) MPACT Management Ltd. resigns or is removed without the lender’s prior written consent; (b) a new manager is not appointed under the trust deed; or (c) the existing or new manager is not a wholly owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.

If any of these events occur and the facility is fully drawn, approximately 5.8453 billion Singapore dollars in aggregate borrowings could become repayable.

The manager stated that none of the specified conditions have been breached as of the announcement date.
