China Zenith Chemical Group Limited (In Compulsory Liquidation), trading as C Zenith Chem, released a quarterly update on 16 September 2026 under HKEX Listing Rules 13.09 and 13.24A and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

The joint and several liquidators—Osman Mohammed Arab and Lai Wing Lun—confirmed that they are still reviewing the company’s books and records to determine the status of its operations prior to the High Court’s winding-up order issued on 17 March 2025. Trading in C Zenith Chem shares has been suspended since 10:28 a.m. on 17 March 2025 and will remain halted until further notice.

All powers of the company’s directors ceased upon the winding-up order, and the liquidators continue to manage the affairs, business, and property of the company solely as its agents without personal liability.
