Silkwave Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its non-executive director, Mr. Lui Chun Pong, will step down from his position effective 26 November 2025. He has chosen to resign to devote additional time to other business commitments.

According to the announcement, Mr. Lui has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board or the Company, and no other matter related to his resignation needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the stock exchange. The Board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Lui’s contributions during his tenure.

As of 26 November 2024, the executive directors of the Company are Mr. Wong Chau Chi, Mr. Yang Tenghao, and Ms. Woo Lan Ying; and the independent non-executive directors are Mr. Chow Kin Wing, Mr. Lam Cheung Shing Richard, and Mr. Tam Hon Wah.
