SICHUAN EN INV (01713) announced that on September 16, 2025 (after trading hours), Dege Gesar Power (a connected person of the company) entered into a construction contract with Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company). Under the agreement, Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction will provide construction services for the project to Dege Gesar Power, with a contract value of RMB 4.4362 million (tax inclusive).

Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction will provide construction services related to the project as well as procurement and installation services for key equipment and materials. The scope of work includes the construction of new cable lines, distribution transformers, household electricity meters, power pole foundations, cables, box-type transformer foundations, and voltage regulator foundations.

The company is a vertically integrated power supplier and service provider based in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, while Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction is primarily engaged in inspection and maintenance of substations, hydropower stations, and transmission lines, among other services.

The project under the construction contract falls within the group's ordinary and regular business operations. On one hand, it will continue to strengthen the relationship between the group and its controlling shareholder, and on the other hand, it will increase the company's revenue and profitability, bringing long-term returns and value to the company's shareholders.
