CIFI Holdings Group (00884) announced that in March 2026, the group achieved (i) contracted sales (including contracted sales from joint ventures and associates) amounting to approximately RMB 1.15 billion, with a contracted sales area of about 107,100 square meters; (ii) an average contracted selling price of about RMB 12,200 per square meter; and (iii) contracted sales attributable to the company's equity holders of approximately RMB 740 million.

From January to February 2026, the group recorded (i) cumulative contracted sales (including contracted sales from joint ventures and associates) of approximately RMB 2.41 billion, with a contracted sales area of about 232,800 square meters; (ii) an average contracted selling price of about RMB 11,300 per square meter; and (iii) contracted sales attributable to the company's equity holders of approximately RMB 1.30 billion.
