Xibei stated that the newly registered company is intended as an operating entity for restaurant operations, with "catering services" as its main business. Some beverages sold at Xibei stores (such as Xibei's proprietary bottled sea buckthorn juice) and Xibei's grain mooncakes fall under the category of pre-packaged foods. This registration does not represent that Xibei will develop new businesses involving pre-made dishes. Xibei will continue to improve its menu offerings to provide quality products and services to every customer.

According to Tianyancha APP, "Shenzhen Yuhua Meihao Catering Management Co., Ltd.," controlled by Xibei, was recently established with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Its business scope includes catering management, food sales (only pre-packaged foods), and online food sales (only pre-packaged foods). Shareholder information shows that Xibei holds a 95% stake in the company, while Shenzhen Benkang Meihao Catering Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) holds the remaining 5%. The registered address is located at Wanli Business Center, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
