HC TECH GP (01116) announced that on August 22, 2025, the company entered into a cooperation memorandum through its subsidiary Guangzhou Meiya with Environmental Process Systems Limited (EPS), a UK-registered company.

Under the cooperation memorandum, both parties will establish a joint venture responsible for the production and commercialization of phase change energy storage products in the Chinese market. The two companies will jointly formulate product planning, technical standards and market strategies. The cooperation scope covers data centers, central air conditioning, cold chain logistics, agricultural facilities and other high energy consumption sectors, and they will share market information and technical achievements to accelerate new product development and application implementation.

EPS is a UK-based enterprise and an international leading phase change energy storage technology supplier that has collaborated with multiple internationally renowned companies and accumulated extensive application cases. Its core products cover a complete temperature range from -100℃ to +885℃, widely applied in industrial, construction, energy and livelihood sectors.

This cooperation marks the group's further consolidation of its technological leading position in the phase change energy storage technology field. Leveraging China's substantial energy conservation and emission reduction market demand and policy support, the group will fully utilize its industrial resources, customer channels and policy coordination capabilities in China, aligning with the "dual carbon" policy and green energy-saving emission reduction strategy.

This cooperation will help expand application scenarios in central air conditioning, data centers, cold chain storage, agricultural facilities and other high energy consumption fields, further enhance the group's core competitiveness, and create long-term and sustainable growth momentum for shareholders.
