Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited (“ND Paper”) has published a circular dated 29 June 2026 detailing proposals for the renewal of its continuing connected transactions and issued the related notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled for 21 July 2026. A proxy form for the SGM is also available.

The company has uploaded the full English and Chinese versions of the documents to both its corporate website (www.ndpaper.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy communications will receive printed versions by post.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties in accessing the online documents, or those preferring physical copies, can complete and return the accompanying Request Form to ND Paper’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via the provided prepaid envelope or by email (ndpaper-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

ND Paper reminds shareholders to ensure the registrar holds a valid email address; otherwise, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in paper form until an updated address is provided.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (+852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). ND Paper is incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability and trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 02689.
