FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that the prerequisites and all conditions set forth in the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and completion under the terms of the subscription agreement was implemented on August 14, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, a total of 25.9 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$50.50 per subscription share, representing approximately 8.78% of the issued H shares and approximately 5.25% of the total issued shares immediately before completion; and approximately 8.07% of the enlarged issued H shares and approximately 4.98% of the enlarged total issued shares following the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares.
