Sichuan Expressway Company Limited announced that Non-Executive Director Li Chengyong has resigned from the Board, citing a change in work arrangements. The resignation took effect on 6 August 2026.

According to the filing, Li confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder attention in connection with his departure. The Board acknowledged Li’s diligence and contributions to the company’s standardised operations and development during his tenure and expressed its appreciation.

Post-resignation, the Board composition is as follows: • Executive Directors – Luo Zuyi (Chairman), You Zhiming (Vice Chairman), Ou Hailong, Yao Jiancheng, and Mao Yurong. • Non-Executive Director – Nie Yibin (Vice Chairman). • Independent Non-Executive Directors – Yu Haizong, Zhou Hua, Jiang Tao, and Luo Hong.

The company secretary, Yao Jiancheng, signed the announcement in Chengdu on 6 August 2026.
