Time Interconnect Technology Limited disclosed that it issued 267,000 new ordinary shares on 17 April 2026 to satisfy share awards granted on 24 July 2023 to a non-director participant under its share scheme.

The new shares were issued at HKD 1.506 each, implying proceeds of roughly HKD 0.40 million. Following the allotment, the company’s issued share capital rose to 2,092.52 million shares from 2,092.25 million, representing a dilution of approximately 0.013%.

No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and there were no share repurchases or treasury-share sales reported.

The board confirmed that the issuance complied with all relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Listing Rules and applicable laws.
