Bristow Group Inc. (VTOL) experienced a significant after-hours plunge of 5.89% following the release of its fourth quarter 2025 financial results. The aviation services provider's stock moved sharply lower in post-market trading as investors reacted to the earnings report.

The company reported quarterly earnings of $0.61 per share, which missed analyst consensus estimates of $0.74 by 17.57%. This represents a 42.99% decrease from earnings of $1.07 per share in the same period last year. While quarterly sales of $377.264 million slightly beat expectations of $376.414 million, the earnings shortfall and significant decline in profitability weighed on investor sentiment.

Net income attributable to shareholders was $18.4 million for the quarter, representing a sharp 64.3% decline from $51.5 million in the preceding quarter. The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share payable on March 26, 2026, and provided guidance for 2026, expecting adjusted EBITDA to increase by approximately 25% compared to 2025.
