Zhang Qiqiang was appointed as a worker representative director to the company's ninth board of directors during a staff meeting.

Wang Xiaoyan has been appointed as the Chairman of the ninth board of directors.

Li Guoming, Xia Dawei, Zhao Xinsheng, and Tian Yingjie have been appointed as members of the company's ninth audit committee, with Li Guoming serving as its chairman.

Xia Dawei, Xu Xiaoyi, Chen Wei, and Zhao Xinsheng have been appointed to the ninth remuneration and appraisal committee, with Xia Dawei appointed as its chairman.

Wang Xiaoyan, Xu Xiaoyi, Zhang Huiqin, Wu Siyun, and Cao Hailun have been appointed to the ninth strategy committee, with Wang Xiaoyan appointed as its chairman.

Wang Xiaoyan, Zhang Qiqiang, Chen Wei, Xia Dawei, and Zhao Xinsheng have been appointed to the ninth nomination committee, with Wang Xiaoyan appointed as its chairman.

Wang Xiaoyan, Cao Hailun, Li Guoming, and Chen Wei have been appointed to the ninth environmental, social, and governance committee, with Wang Xiaoyan appointed as its chairman.

These appointments coincide with the conclusion of the eighth board of directors' term at the annual general meeting. Consequently, the eighth board's non-executive directors, Pu Shaohua, Shen Chen, and Yang Qin, will step down from their non-executive director roles on June 18, 2026.
