FIRST SHANGHAI (00227) announced that Mr. Lau Yuen Yat, an executive director of the company, has stepped down as a member of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Lau Yuen Yuen, also an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, effective December 11, 2025.
