Sunshine Insurance Group Company Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026 (Friday). The meeting’s primary agenda is to consider and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to authorize their subsequent publication. Additional corporate matters will also be addressed during the session.

As disclosed, the Board currently comprises four executive directors (ZHANG Weigong, LI Ke, PENG Jihai and WANG Xiaopeng), three non-executive directors (CAI Qiwu, QIAN Yiqun and HOU Huisheng) and five independent non-executive directors (JIA Ning, WU Xiaoqiu, HONG Qi, XU Ying and DONG Bin). SHU Gaoyong serves as Joint Company Secretary.
