Baker Technology Limited announced on Dec, 3 2025 that it expects to report a net loss after tax for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025, based on a preliminary review of its unaudited management accounts.

The company had recorded a net profit after tax for the corresponding period ended Dec, 31 2024.

Management attributed the anticipated downturn to weaker revenue and foreign-exchange losses arising from a decline in the U.S. dollar against the Singapore dollar.

Baker Technology said it will release its full-year results on or before Mar, 1 2026, and advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
