STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that it repurchased 471,700 ordinary shares in July 2026, moving all of them into treasury. As a result, the company’s outstanding share count fell 0.12% to 397.58 million, while treasury shares rose to 0.96 million.

The eight on-market transactions were executed between 9 July and 21 July at prices ranging from HKD 0.7555 to HKD 0.8886, costing approximately HKD 0.38 million in aggregate. The average buy-back price stood at roughly HKD 0.80 per share. All repurchases were made under the mandate approved at the 18 June 2026 general meeting.

Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 398.54 million shares, as the repurchased shares were retained in treasury rather than cancelled. Authorised capital was steady at 50 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.000001 each, equivalent to USD 50,000.

STAR CM confirmed that it met the Main Board’s 25% minimum public float requirement as of 31 July 2026 and stated that all repurchase activities complied with relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
