The company recently announced that for the six months ending June 30, 2026, its total revenue on a comparable basis is expected to achieve a double-digit percentage increase compared to the same period last year. This growth is primarily driven by expansion across all business segments, including Adult Nutrition and Care Products, Infant and Child Nutrition and Care Products, and Pet Nutrition and Care Products.

For the period, the adjusted comparable net profit is anticipated to grow by over 100% year-on-year. The reported net profit attributable to owners of the parent is projected to surge by over 700% year-on-year, benefiting from a low base in the prior year.

Analyst Commentary and Outlook

Huatai Securities noted that in the first half of 2026, the company's BNC (Baby Nutrition and Care) business revenue recorded a high double-digit percentage year-on-year increase, with infant formula sales growing by over 50%. The PNC (Pet Nutrition and Care) business revenue saw a mid-to-high single-digit percentage year-on-year increase, mainly due to accelerated growth in the high-margin pet nutrition category and channel expansion in North America.

Looking ahead, the brokerage expects the company to increase marketing investments in the second half of the year to support the launch of new products such as Biostime HMO and new Swisse items. The direction of improving operating leverage for 2026 remains unchanged, with the company accelerating its deleveraging process to enhance financial health. Huatai Securities maintains a "Buy" rating on the stock.
