Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (SWHY) released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its H-share or A-share capital structure during the month.

The company reported an unchanged issued share base of 2.50 billion H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and 22.54 billion A shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Total issued shares therefore remained at 25.04 billion.
