CDB LEASING (01606) announced that as the buyer, the company entered into a product procurement agreement with seller Shandong Zhisuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. on November 26, 2025. Under the agreement, the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the target assets for a total consideration of RMB 1.108 billion.

The procurement targets consist of 1,372 information technology computer devices, with an aggregate assessed value of approximately RMB 1.108 billion. The seller does not separately account for pre-tax or post-tax profits from the transaction.

The agreement was signed in the ordinary course of business. The procurement is expected to leverage the strengths of both parties and expand the company's market share in the computer equipment operating lease sector.

CDB LEASING will continue supporting China's "technology power" strategy by providing financing services for digital economy infrastructure.
