Hong Kong, 9 June 2026—ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. (ENN Energy) disclosed that BlackRock, Inc., classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company, executed notable trades in ENN Energy shares on 8 June 2026 amid the ongoing privatisation scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock purchased 0.08 million shares at USD 50.45 per share, increasing its position to 87.22 million shares, or 7.71 % of the company’s issued share capital. On the same day, the asset manager sold 14.09 million shares—also at USD 50.45—reducing its stake to 73.17 million shares, equivalent to 6.46 % of ENN Energy’s outstanding shares.

All transactions were conducted on a U.S. exchange for the accounts of discretionary investment clients, as stated in the filing to the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Executive.
