Sun.King Technology Group Limited (Sun.King Tech) has released a supplemental announcement clarifying the shareholder structure of Shanghai Senmou, one of the parties to the joint-venture agreement first disclosed on 9 September 2026.

Shanghai Senmou, a PRC-incorporated limited liability company, is held 99% by Shenzhen Anchuang Technology Investment Management Co., Ltd. and 1% by Ms. Hu Minling. Shenzhen Anchuang Technology Investment Management is wholly owned by Kousen Information Technology Consultancy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which in turn is ultimately wholly owned by Mr. Allen Xionang Wu.

The Sun.King Tech board confirms that Shanghai Senmou, Shenzhen Anchuang Technology Investment Management, Ms. Hu Minling, Kousen Information Technology Consultancy (Shanghai) and Mr. Allen Xionang Wu are independent third parties, meeting Hong Kong Listing Rules requirements for independence in connected transactions.

Apart from the above supplemental disclosure, all other terms and conditions of the joint-venture announcement dated 9 September 2026 remain unchanged.

The board composition of Sun.King Tech on the date of this announcement comprises three executive directors—Xiang Jie, Gong Renyuan and Yue Zhoumin—and four independent non-executive directors—Chen Shimin, Zhang Xuejun, Leung Ming Shu and White Caige.
